Outagamie County Memorial Ceremony 80th Anniversary Of D-Day

The Fox Valley Veterans Council (FVVC) invites you to our Veterans Memorial Ceremony to be held outside the Outagamie Veteran’s Memorial Building at 410 S. Walnut Street.

The event will be a silent homage processional. Our focus will be on the 80th anniversary of D-Day and the reading of fallen Service Members from World War II memorialized inside the Old Court House building.

There will be no speakers for this event, except for an introduction to the Ceremony and the reading of the names of the fallen. The ceremony will be a procession of those attending who may render a salute to and or place a flower at the memorial giving honor to those names being read throughout the ceremony.

Bag pipes will be played during the procession. Taps and a rifle salute will signal the end of the ceremony.
