Green Cove Springs Riverfest

Every Memorial Day, Green Cove Springs comes alive with the annual Riverfest! This vibrant event features an impressive array of around 100 food and craft vendors, a delightful kids' zone with bounce slides and face painting, live entertainment throughout the day, and a grand fireworks display at night.

The day's highlight is the memorial and veterans' recognition ceremony, which sets the tone for the festivities. Attendees are treated to a breathtaking flyover by the Dreamland Squadron and fascinating displays of military vehicles and memorabilia, courtesy of the Military Vehicle Preservation Association (MVPA). It's truly heartwarming to see veterans of all ages come forward to share their service stories and be honored by the community.
