Dan Gabor Memorial Tournament

Open your Memorial Day weekend with this fun tradition in Fayetteville, AR. The Dan Gabor Memorial Tournament is held to remember the life and spirit of Dan Gabor. He ran track for the University of Arkansas and played Ultimate. He was an amazing athlete who embraced and exemplified Spirit of the Game, on and off the field. He passed away too early in 1996.

Proceeds from this tournament have fully funded the Dan Gabor Memorial Field Camp Scholarship for University of Arkansas students majoring in geology who must participate in a geology field camp as part of their course work. Now, proceeds provide funding for ultimate scholarships in Dan's name, given to University of Arkansas ultimate players competing on Ludicrous Speed and SoCo as well as youth competing on the NWA WhiteTails.
